Tacha Paris brings over 35 years of experience behind the chair, combining passion, creativity, and dedication to the beauty industry. Originally from Alburquerque, New Mexico, and later refining her craft in the Washington, DC area, Tacha discovered her true love for hairstyling, coloring, and balayage -- skills she has continued to perfect throughout her career. Now proudly based in Milton, Delaware, Tacha has taken the exciting step of opening her own salon, creating a warm and welcoming space where experience meets fresh inspiration. Her mission is simple: to make every client look and feel their absolute best. Known for her attention to detail, personalized approach, and genuine warmth, Tacha has built a reputation for helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Whether you're looking for a classic style, a modern transformation, or simply maintaining healthy, beautiful hair, Tacha believes it all starts with listening--bringing each client's vision to life with precision and care.
Gary Paris
Gary Paris brings over 40 years of experience to the salon, delivering a sophisticated, high-energy approach to hair design. Born in Washington, DC and raised in Potomac, Maryland, Gary developed a deep connection to the DC metro area--where he built a career rooted in precision cutting, trend-setting styles, and a commitment to luxury service. After years of working in premier salons across Maryland, Gary has embraced a new chapter in Milton, Delaware, bringing his expertise from the capital to the coast. With a passion for both cutting and color, Gary takes pride in sharing his extensive knowledge with every client, creating styles that are both modern and timeless.
Elis
Elis loves working with a variety of colors and cuts and is deeply passionate about helping every client feel like the best version of themselves. Whether someone is looking for a bold transformation or a subtle change, Elis would love to welcome them into her chair.
Connie
Connie has been a hairstylist for over 35 years. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated 8 years ago and has been part of Puttin’ on the Ritz team ever since. She specializes in haircuts and blowouts—especially for clients who love layers—and is often praised for delivering great results. Connie does not offer updos or balayage services. She truly enjoys working with her clients, many of whom say they love the experience of being in her chair.
Angela
Angela is a master stylist with a global journey. Originally born in Italy and professionally trained in the competitive salons of New York City, she brings seasoned expertise and international flair to Milton. Known for her top-notch techniques and strong ability to listen, Angela blends big-city skill with small-town hospitality.

Teri is the smiling face guests see when they walk into The Ritz. She loves helping everyone feel welcome, relaxed, and ready to enjoy their salon experience. Whether she’s booking the next appointment or ensuring each visit goes smoothly, Teri’s goal is to make every guest’s time effortless and enjoyable.
